Pro Fuel Rails

At Marren Fuel Injection, we fabricate our Pro Rails in-house to ensure top quality and performance. All of our custom Pro Rails are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and feature a large 9/16" central fuel channel to eliminate fuel starvation and reduce hydraulic pulsation. Unless noted, all custom Pro Rails include mounting brackets for ease of installation.

Unmachined Marren Pro Rail Stock

Marren Fuel Injection Pro Rail is available in 1-foot lengths for custom fuel injection projects. All of our fuel rail stock is made from 6061-T6 aluminum for durability. Our exclusive Pro Rail offers twice as many mounting surfaces as conventional rails for injectors, regulators, fuel lines, etc. The large 9/16" fuel passages flow enough fuel for any engine size. Suzuki Hayabusa fuel rail

The stock Suzuki Hayabusa fuel rail is adequate for stock engines, but high-boost forced induction, increased horsepower, or nitrous oxide demand more fuel than the stock injectors can deliver. The Marren Hayabusa Pro Rail allows conventional double o-ring injectors to be used, making injector choices almost limitless. Also allows mounting aftermarket fuel lines, regulators, and dampers. Requires fuel line/fuel system modifications, will NOT work with factory injectors.

Mini Cooper S fuel rail

Turning up the boost on a supercharged Mini turns a fast car into a rocket. With added boost comes the need for added fuel, and the Marren Cooper S Pro Rail was designed for this purpose. This rail allows aftermarket adjustable fuel pressure regulators and custom fuel lines to be used in the Mini. Approved for some classes of Grand American Sports Car Racing. Requires fuel line/fuel system modifications. NOTE: Will NOT work with factory intercooler assembly.

Porsche 911/911 Turbo fuel rails

Originally designed to help convert CIS-equipped Boxer engines to EFI. Can also be used on many 911/911 Turbos with factory EFI system. With the proper adapters (not included), allows braided stainless lines and AN fittings to be used to plumb the engine compartment. Uses conventional, American (Bosch) style double o-ring injectors. Will clear factory A/C compressor. Requires fuel line/fuel system modifications.
